ABOUT ME


I am a divorced mother of two boys. I turn to yoga in my time of need. It inspired me to get my 200 hour Yoga certification and other complementary certifications. I am a yoga alliance member and look forward to continue learning. Certified in Chair yoga, hath yoga, yoga nidra, and have done training on trauma sensitive yoga, Reiki, sound healing, arthritis and asana practices, ayurveda and yoga philosophy.

Yoga Styles

Hatha yoga- a branch of yoga focusing on physical postures. Certification for arthritics, and I have sciolous to help with modifying poses.

Yin Yoga- a slow mediative form of yoga. Usually holding poses 3-5 min. It targets the body's deep connective tissues like ligaments, fascia and tendons.

Chair yoga-doing yoga in the chair to help with balancing issues.

Yoga Nidra- a guided meditation technique that induces a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping.
